Terms of Service

By using this website or booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All tour bookings are subject to availability. The expedition price of $5,000 per person is subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and a deposit is received. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and a signed participation agreement.

Adventure travel in Afghanistan carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: political instability, natural hazards, altitude sickness, limited medical facilities, and unpredictable security situations. All participants are required to sign a comprehensive risk acknowledgment and liability waiver before departure. Participants must have valid travel insurance that covers adventure travel and medical evacuation.

- 60+ days before departure: Full refund of deposit.

- 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit.

- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@dovedstudio.com. Afghan Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel any expedition due to safety concerns, insufficient participants, or force majeure events, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Doved Studio / Afghan Adventure Tours acts as a facilitator and travel organizer. We are not liable for:

- Acts of nature, weather conditions, or natural disasters.

- Political instability, government actions, or security incidents beyond our control.

- Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from participation in the expedition.

- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

- Third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, ground transport providers).

Our liability is limited to the tour price paid. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Doved Studio / Afghan Adventure Tours and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
